These terms of service can be changed anytime and if we change then pandorabiz.com will notify you over your email or using push notification.

Thanks for using our products and services (“Services”). The Services are provided by PandoraBiz.com (“PandoraBiz.com”), located at Behind Old Ford Showroom, Babesa, Thimphu 11001, Bhutan

By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Our Services are very diverse, so sometimes additional terms or product requirements (including age requirements) may apply. Additional terms will be available with the relevant Services, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those Services.

Using our Services

You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services.

Don’t misuse our Services. For example, don’t interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services. Don’t remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.

Our Services display some content that is not PandoraBiz.com’s. This content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available. We may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law. But that does not necessarily mean that we review content, so please don’t assume that we do.

In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information. You may opt out of some of those communications.

Some of our Services are available on mobile devices. Do not use such Services in a way that distracts you and prevents you from obeying traffic or safety laws.

Note: Sometime there might be some technical errors or issues from PandoraBiz.com’s end so PandoraBiz.com will notify you in 72 Hours about the current situations or status in your registered email address with PandoraBiz.com or in push notification from our site.

Note: We do ask KYC and other sensitive documents from our users like Clients (Business Owners) and Independent Business Managers because we represent a trusted and authorized company by our users and government of Bhutan respectively and such protocol is to protect our users from SCAM and Fraudulent Activities. Your provided sensitive documents always remains with us in confidential. We never share it to third party or any other parties.

Note: You (Registered Business Owners) should upload the products and services details along with photos, videos or pdf or file from your account dashboard and we will upload it into our online shop for FREE but every time a customer purchases your products or services from our online shop, we will deduct 5% to 20% of each sale/each transaction made depending upon the current market and we will directly deposit the remaining payment/sale amount generated into your business account details, we will not accept personal bank account details. When customers purchase your products or services from our online shop, all the purchased amount/sale amount /sale payments made by customers directly transact/get deposits/transfers into PandoraBiz.com’s business account number. PandoraBiz.com will deposit/transfer the remaining sale amount/payments of each sale made (after deducting 5% to 20% commissions) only after purchased products or services is delivered by the respective business owners/business/entity registered with us to the customers who purchased it because we are trying to prevent any forms of SCAMS occurring using our services. We are trying to build a genuine business community/marketplace. The release of sale amount/payment to respective business owner/business entity registered with us depends upon the delivery of products and services. We will confirm from the customers whether they received your products and services or not and then we will release the sale amount/payment using wire transfer directly into your business account number once we get the confirmation from your respective customers. Every business tax has to be paid by respective business owners/business entity registered with us because PandoraBiz.com is just a service provider of platform and we are not responsible for any kind of business taxes of your business. We will ask your bank details over your given email address and will call in your given number in case if we have to but just to give you follow up calls only and then we will transfer/deposit your payment/sale amount. PandoraBIz.com never ask any kind of bank account details or credit card/debit card details over call. You will receive call from our business number +975-17329316 and email from [email protected] only. Please confirm with us before you take any actions to avoid fraud and SCAM.

Your PandoraBiz.com Account

You may need a PandoraBiz.com Account in order to use some of our Services. You may create your own PandoraBiz.com Account, or your PandoraBiz.com Account may be assigned to you by an administrator, such as your employer or educational institution or affiliate or partner or consultant. If you are using a PandoraBiz.com Account assigned to you by an administrator, different or additional terms may apply and your administrator may be able to access or disable your account.

To protect your PandoraBiz.com Account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for the activity that happens on or through your PandoraBiz.com Account. Try not to reuse your PandoraBiz.com Account password on third-party applications. If you learn of any unauthorized use of your password or PandoraBiz.com Account, Notify us right away over our email at [email protected]

Application for Guest User/Subscribers, users, affiliate marketers, independent business managers and business owners- If you deactivate your account temporary or permanently but you have purchased our paid services then please follow the instructions given in the section of Payments, Cancellations, Refund Policy mentioned below.

Privacy and Copyright Protection

PandoraBiz.com’s privacy policies explain how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that PandoraBiz.com can use such data in accordance with our privacy policies.

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement and terminate accounts of repeat infringers according to the process set out in the Bhutan Government Copyright Act.

We provide information to help copyright holders manage their intellectual property online. If you think somebody is violating your copyrights and want to notify us, you can email us at [email protected]

All content included in or made available through any PandoraBiz.com Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is the property of PandoraBiz.com or its content suppliers and protected by Bhutan and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content included in or made available through any PandoraBiz.com Service is the exclusive property of PandoraBiz.com and protected by Bhutan and international copyright laws.

Your Content in our Services

Some of our Services allow you to upload, submit, store, send or receive content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours.

When you upload, submit, store, send or receive content to or through our Services, you give PandoraBiz.com (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content. The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services, and to develop new ones. This license continues even if you stop using our Services (for example, for a business listing you have added to PandoraBiz.com Maps). Some Services may offer you ways to access and remove content that has been provided to that Service. Also, in some of our Services, there are terms or settings that narrow the scope of our use of the content submitted in those Services. Make sure you have the necessary rights to grant us this license for any content that you submit to our Services.

Our automated systems analyze your content (including emails) to provide you personally relevant product features, such as customized search results, tailored advertising, and spam and malware detection. This analysis occurs as the content is sent, received, and when it is stored.

If you have a PandoraBiz.com Account, we may display your Profile name, Profile photo, and actions you take on PandoraBiz.com or on third-party applications connected to your PandoraBiz.com Account (such as +1’s, reviews you write and comments you post) in our Services, including displaying in ads and other commercial contexts. We will respect the choices you make to limit sharing or visibility settings in your PandoraBiz.com Account. For example, you can choose your settings so your name, phone number, email and photo do not appear in an ad and in the site or you can request us which information of yours not to be displayed in public by sending an email to us at [email protected]

You can find more information about how PandoraBiz.com uses and stores content in the privacy policy or additional terms for particular Services. If you submit feedback or suggestions about our Services, we may use your feedback or suggestions without obligation to you.

About Software in our Services

When a Service requires or includes downloadable software, this software may update automatically on your device once a new version or feature is available. Some Services may let you adjust your automatic update settings.

PandoraBiz.com gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you by PandoraBiz.com as part of the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Services as provided by PandoraBiz.com, in the manner permitted by these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.

Open source software is important to us. Some software used in our Services may be offered under an open source license that we will make available to you. There may be provisions in the open source license that expressly override some of these terms.

Modifying and Terminating our Services

We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.

You can stop using our Services at any time, although we’ll be sorry to see you go. PandoraBiz.com may also stop providing Services to you, or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.

We believe that you own your data and preserving your access to such data is important. If we discontinue a Service, where reasonably possible, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a chance to get information out of that Service.

Our Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care and we hope that you will enjoy using them. But there are certain things that we don’t promise about our Services.

Other than as expressly set out in these terms or additional terms, neither PandoraBiz.com nor its suppliers or distributors make any specific promises about the Services. For example, we don’t make any commitments about the content within the Services, the specific functions of the Services, or their reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs. We provide the Services “as is”.

Some jurisdictions provide for certain warranties, like the implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties.

We can monitor what our clients are doing for the illegal activities so if any user report with evidence about any client or user we will take actions like verification and if found guilty, we will permanently banned from using our service and report to the cyber security force or police but we don’t have any way to monitor user/Guest User/Subscriber so if any client report about user/Guest User/Subscriber then we won’t be able to take any actions and support in this matter but if we can then we will do the action which is required and we may or may not notify you.

Liability for our Services

When permitted by law, PandoraBiz.com, and PandoraBiz.com’s suppliers and distributors, will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of PandoraBiz.com, and its suppliers and distributors, for any claims under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Services (or, if we choose, to supplying you the Services again).

In all cases, PandoraBiz.com, and its suppliers and distributors, will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.

Business uses of our Services

If you are using our Services on behalf of a business or on behalf of your client, that business or that client accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify PandoraBiz.com and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.

Payment, Cancellations & Refund Policy

Refund Policy: All services rendered by the Company are provided on a non-refundable basis. This includes, but it not limited to, setup fees, monthly fees, upgrade fees, professional services fees, and bandwidth overage fees, advertising fees, monthly subscription fees, regardless of usage. In addition, if your account is canceled by the company for violation of this Agreement or the attached Acceptable Use Policy, all payments made to the Company become completely non refundable. Customer agrees not to charge back any credit card payments for services rendered. In the event that a customer files a charge back or other payment dispute, they will be considered to be in violation of this agreement and may be subject to collection action as described in section 2 below.

If you purchase our paid plan to upgrade your membership with other paid plan while you are already in the current paid plan, you will not get any payment back/refund of using current paid and you have to pay for the new paid plan while upgrading your membership. We suggest you to not to upgrade while you are already in the paid plan and only upgrade after you finish using your current paid plan.

For Technology services, after purchasing and receiving your product and service, you have 30 days cooling off period window to let us know if we need to work more on it or not. If you fail to reach us during 30 days cooling off period, we consider you accepted our products and services but if you contacted us during 30 days cooling off period, we will discuss further on what modification we have to make but there will be no any refund.

For Funding services, we never charge any kind of upfront fees except for international business funding and the fees is not fixed, the fees can depends upon many factor like your business project, size and so on. There is no any cooling off period for international business funding services and there are 100% no refund.

For credit repair and debt relief/pay off/pay down program services, there are some fees involve upfront or back-end to start working on your file and deliver what you seek so for credit repair program, the fees are mentioned but for debt relief services fees are not mentioned because it varies and we can only tell the fees after going through your case files. There is no any cooling off period for both credit repair and debt relief services and there are 100% no refund.

If you want to withdraw or temporary deactivate or delete your account or profile then you can reach us over email or live chat support or call, we will withdraw or temporary deactivate or completely delete your account manually and if you are in paid plan subscription membership, we will deduct the total days you used our service and then refund the rest of balance amount as mentioned in section 3 below.

Section 2:

Violation of Terms: Should Customer violate any of these terms, the Company will attempt to contact the customer by email or telephone before taking any action where avoidable. However, the Company will pursue whatever action is necessary to serve its best interest in these cases, even if that should necessitate the suspension or termination of Customer’s services without any type of notification.


Section 3: You will be paying payment to PandoraBiz.com (Account Number: 205913372, BOBL)


Note: All the payment currency is in USD (US Dollar) for all the international transactions. For Domestic payment transactions made by our domestic Bhutanese clients, the currency is in Nu. (Ngultrum).

 

Note: We only accept Card Payment method/mode of payment. Only Visa and MasterCard both Credit and Debit Card are accepted for the payment and we are using authorized 3D Secure Merchant Payment Gateway System Provided by Bank Of Bhutan Limited after complete verification along with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used to ensure sensitive data of yours is completely protected. For Domestic transactions, Bhutanese clients can pay using mobile app like mBOB, Tpay, Epay, PNBDrukPay, and Mpay directly into our business account of PandoraBiz.com.

Note: We use 3D secure merchant payment gateway so during purchase of our services, you will have to insert or input OTP (One-Time Password) which is auto generated directly into your phone message inbox to authorize the transaction which is directly linked to your card issuing bank and only you will have the access of such OTP which means only you are authorized person to authorized the transaction of payment to purchase our services. Don’t share such confidential message to anyone to prevent SCAM or Hacking.

Note: We never ask any kind payment method or card details over phone call or email. You (Client) have to understand everything and willingly purchase our services online and to purchase you have to register and create an account with PandoraBiz.com otherwise purchase our services is impossible. If you receive any email or call from someone claiming Pandorabiz.com, please verify with us first in direct live chat or call us in our given number or email us. Our contact details are mentioned in our contact us page.

 

Return And Refund Options For Our Customers Who Purchase Products Online are as follows: –
Situation 1: Only 12 Hours Open Window To Claim For Return & Exchange Products – If you have bought clothes or shoes but the size is bigger or smaller then within 12 hours after receivable of products you need to notify us over chat, email or call. We will 1st verify the purchase done so we will asking you some verification questions. 2nd After verification done, we will ask you to send us back the product and we will cover the delivery charges too and then after receivable of product, we will exchange it and send the correct size covering all the delivery charges again. Please note: We don’t exchange if the issue is with color since in image, technically colors differ as per your need which is inevitable. If you fail to notify us within 12 hours after receivable of products then we will not accept the request and you can not claim to return and exchange products.

Situation 2: Only 12 Hours Open Window To Claim For Refund- If you have bought any products online and if the products is not in stock then we manage it from our supplier from India or international countries so delivery time frame will be 7 to 30 days depending upon our suppliers and if we did not deliver on given delivery time frame then you can claim for refund next day after given delivery time frame is finished/completed within 12 Hours Open Window. If you fail to claim on time then we won’t accept any request and deliver the products. 

Situation 3: Only 12 Hours Open Window To Claim For Return & Exchange Products:- If you have bought the products online, after receiving you need to check and if it is damaged then within 12 hours you have to notify us. We will 1st verify the purchase done so we will asking you some verification questions. 2nd After verification done, we will ask you to send us back the product and we will cover the delivery charges too and then after receivable of product, we will exchange it and send the right one covering all the delivery charges again. If you fail to notify us within 12 hours after receivable of products then we will not accept the request and you can not claim to return and exchange products.

Steps To Claim Warranty For Electronics Products: – If you have bought products from us, 1st we will verify your purchase so we will ask you some verification questions and after verification done, we will ask you to send us photos and videos of the products and within 72 hours we will respond with the solutions further. Normally warranty period of most products is 1 year. You can claim warranty if anything happens within 1 year but no warranty for any physical damage or electrical shock or any external affects. 

 

All the payments made for our services are non-refundable from the date and time of purchase and the services purchased cannot be cancelled. In some case, PandoraBiz.com will cancel the plan or services and you will get correct Refund amount if you follow the instructions mentioned below based on the possible situations (For Clients Purchasing Our Advertising Plan)-

Situation 1: Only 24 Hours Open Window To Claim For Refund – If you are Independent Business Manager or Client (Business Owner) and purchased any normal paid plans like Deluxe, Business And Ultimate Plan on behalf of your client or for your business respectively.
Instruction- After you purchased any normal paid plan like 
Deluxe, Business And Ultimate Plan and if it’s not activated in 72 hours then you have 24 hours open window from the date and time of purchase for you to ask refund. PandoraBiz.com will refund 100% amount in next 72 hours but to claim refund you have to send us an email with the statement as mentioned below from your registered email address with PandoraBiz.com only in 24 Hours open window:

       I purchased your paid plan, (Type 
 Deluxe or Business or Ultimate Plan) but it’s been more than 72 hours and my paid plan is not activated.

       I look hearing back from you.

      For International Clients: Your Full Name mentioned in your credit/debit card which was used during payment & Last 4 digit numbers of your credit/debit card which was used during payment.
Or For Domestic Bhutanese Clients: Your Account Number, Date Of Transaction Made, Account Holder Name and Phone Number  “

Situation 2: Only 24 Hours Open Window To Claim For Refund – If you are Independent Business Manager or Client (Business Owner) and purchased any add-on features paid plans like  Deluxe, Business And Ultimate Plan on behalf of your client or for your business respectively.
Instruction- After you purchased any add-on features paid plan like 
 Deluxe, Business And Ultimate Plan and if it’s not activated in 72 hours then you have 24 hours open window from the date and time of purchase for you to ask refund. PandoraBiz.com will refund 100% amount in next 72 hours but to claim refund you have to send us an email with the statement as mentioned below from your registered email address with PandoraBiz.com only in 24 Hours open window:

      “ Hi PandoraBiz.com,
       I purchased your paid plan, (Type 
 Deluxe or Business or Ultimate Plan) but it’s been more than 72 hours and my paid plan is not activated.

       I look hearing back from you.

Situation 3: No Refund For Add-On Features Created and Delivered Even If You Did Not Like The Add-On Features Created and Delivered By PandoraBiz.com- If you are Independent Business Manager or Client (Business Owner) and purchased custom paid plan with add-on features on behalf of your client or for your business respectively.

Instruction- Your custom add-on features plan will be activated instantly or within 72 hours but for your add-on features, PandoraBiz.com will design and create the best fit for your business or for your client’s business so it will take 72 Hours and it will go live. PandoraBiz.com will manually send you an email in your registered email address with the final digital add-on features created and delivered by PandoraBiz.com to notify you and let you know how we have delivered our work and services. PandoraBiz.com cannot change what we have created and delivered but if you are not satisfied, PandoraBiz.com will not refund any amount paid but we will modify the add-on features which we have created and delivered.

If you are not satisfied with our created and delivered add-on features and want us to modify it then you have to send an email from your registered email address with PandoraBiz.com in 72 Hours open window from the time & date we delivered the add-on features with the statement below:

     “ Hi PandoraBiz.com,
      I purchased custom add-on paid plan (Type 
 Deluxe or Business or Ultimate Plan) But it is not what I expected of the design. I would like to request you to modify. 

      I look hearing back from you.

Situation 4: If you are an Independent Business Manager or Business Owner and purchased our Custom Branding Plan, there is no refund for any reason you have because we deliver everything with complete transparency and you will get report on it. 

 Situation 5: Only 30 Days Open Window To Claim For Refund- If you want to withdraw or temporary deactivate your account or completely delete your account and if  you have paid for any paid subscriptions plans like Deluxe, Business And Ultimate Plan then you have 30 days open window and have to send us the email with the statement as mentioned below from your registered email address with PandoraBiz.com for refund-

     “ Hi PandoraBiz.com,
       I want to withdraw or temporary deactivate my account or completely delete my account but I purchased your subscription paid plan (Type 
 Deluxe or Business or Ultimate Plan). I would like to request you for refund. 

I purchased the paid plan subscription on date and time. (Please give us the exact time and date of your purchase which is in the invoice in your inbox of registered email address- We have to verify everything and then give refund, if you fail to do as instructed then there will be no refund)

       I look hearing back from you.

Note: If PandoraBiz.com finds the details like provided full name and last 4 digits of your credit/debit card or Bank Account Number, Bank Account Holder Name, Phone Number, Date & Time Of Purchase used during the payment does not match with our database during the verification, PandoraBiz.com will notify you for providing us the right/correct details over your registered email address with PandoraBiz.com in 72 Hours. And you will have 72 Hours to provide us correct/right details from your registered email address with PandoraBiz.com but if you fail to provide us correct/right details then your claim for refund will be invalid by default and no any further claim/refund/dispute case/charge-back under any reason code is not at all accepted.

Note: If you fail to do as instructed for given possible situations as mentioned above then PandoraBiz.com will accept your purchase as valid from your end without any notification and if you fail to claim for refund as instructed then your claim for refund will be invalid by default and you will not get any refund. PandoraBiz.com will notify you in your registered email address about the invalid claim for refund. No any further claim/dispute case/charge-back under any reason code is not at all accepted.

Note: If you did as instructed for given situations as mentioned above then PandoraBiz.com will accept your claim for refund and provide refund of correct amount in 72 Hours after verification and your paid plan and services will be deactivated or suspended or removed or deleted or cancelled. PandoraBiz.com will notify you in your registered email address about the valid claim for refund and the correct refund amount.

Note: There is no any refund for our Debt collection or recovery services because we get paid after we collect your debts/bills/due payment. You have to pay us our share/commission/fees first then you will receive your debts collected by us.

Documents Screenings & Registration
During the registration, PandoraBiz.com will ask ordinary and confidential documents copy in the form of images and pdf for the screenings to check whether you or your business is legit or not. If PandoraBiz.com find you fraud or not legit then we directly reject your registration with a notification in your email provided by you during the registration with PandoraBiz.com or in some cases, PandoraBiz.com might ask additional documents to screen and verify thoroughly over your email provided by you during the registration with PandoraBiz.com

PandoraBiz.com Intellectual Property Copyright
You cannot/forbidden to copy the content, logo, brand, SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and USP (Unique Selling Point) of PandoraBiz.com because those are owns by PandoraBiz.com and patented by PandoraBiz.com. If PandoraBiz.com finds you or anyone or any company using the content, logo, brand, SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and USP (Unique Selling Point) of PandoraBiz.com then it is the illegal considering the copyright dispute case and act then PandoraBiz.com have full right to sue you or anyone or any company directly. This is applied to anyone or any company in the whole world. Any dispute case raised will be govern by the law of Bhutan and both parties have to attend the dispute cases under the jurisdiction of the court of Thimphu, Bhutan only and PandoraBiz.com is not liable for the cost of any expenses raised by the opponent/dispute party during the dispute cases and until the dispute case is resolved. All the court fees and other charges needs to be covered by other party for both parties if case is own by PandoraBiz.com and if PandoraBiz.com loses the dispute case then both parties needs to cover every charges on their own. 

In addition, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through any PandoraBiz.com Service are trademarks or trade dress of PandoraBiz.com in the BHUTAN and other countries. One or more patents owned by PandoraBiz.com apply to the PandoraBiz.com Services and to the features and services accessible via the PandoraBiz.com Services. Portions of the PandoraBiz.com Services operate under license of one or more patents.

Subject to your compliance with these Conditions of Use and any Service Terms, and your payment of any applicable fees, PandoraBiz.com or its content providers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub licensable license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the PandoraBiz.com Services. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of any PandoraBiz.com Service, or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of any PandoraBiz.com Service or its contents; any downloading, copying, or other use of account information for the benefit of any third party; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms are reserved and retained by PandoraBiz.com or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rightsholders, or other content providers. No PandoraBiz.com Service, nor any part of any PandoraBiz.com Service, may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of PandoraBiz.com. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of PandoraBiz.com without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing PandoraBiz.com’s name or trademarks without the express written consent of PandoraBiz.com. You may not misuse the PandoraBiz.com Services. You may use the PandoraBiz.com Services only as permitted by law. The licenses granted by PandoraBiz.com terminate if you do not comply with these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms.

Dispute

Any dispute claim by business owners, affiliate marketers, Guest User/Subscribers, users and independent business managers has to claim or write first directly to PandoraBiz.com over email at [email protected] with the registered email and mutually resolve the dispute in every possible ways if your claim qualifies as per our terms of service.

Not all the claims has to be claimed within 30 days of open window, some of the claims has to be claimed within 12 Hours, 24 Hours, 72 Hours and any claims for any reason after 12 Hours, 24 Hours, 72 Hours or 30 days of open window is not valid and not accepted. Please see the further details on Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Advertising Program Terms
These Advertising Program Terms (“Terms”) are entered into by PandoraBiz.com (“PandoraBiz.com”) and the entity executing these Terms or that accepts these Terms electronically (“Customer”).  These Terms govern Customer’s participation in PandoraBiz.com’s advertising programs and services (i) that are accessible through the account(s) given to Customer in connection with these Terms or (ii) that incorporate by reference these Terms (collectively, “Programs”).  Please read these Terms carefully.  They require the use of binding individual arbitration to resolve disputes rather than jury trials or class actions.  

  1. Programs 
    Customer authorizes PandoraBiz.com and its affiliates to place Customer’s advertising materials, feed data, and technology (collectively, “Ads” or “Creative”) on any content or property (each a “Property”) provided by PandoraBiz.com or its affiliates on behalf of PandoraBiz.com or, as applicable, a third party (“Partner”).  Customer and PandoraBiz.co is responsible for all:  (i) Ads, (ii) Ads trafficking or targeting decisions (e.g., keywords) (“Targets”), (iii) destinations to which Ads direct viewers (e.g., landing pages, mobile applications) along with the related URLs, waypoints, and redirects (“Destinations”), and (iv) services and products advertised on Destinations (collectively, “Services”). The Program is an advertising platform on which Customer authorizes PandoraBiz.com and its affiliates to use automated tools to format Ads. PandoraBiz.com and its affiliates may also make available to Customer certain optional Program features to assist Customer with the selection or generation of Targets, Ads, or Destinations.  Customer is not required to authorize use of these optional features and, as applicable, may opt-in to or opt-out of usage of these features.  However, if Customer uses these features, then Customer and PandoraBiz.co will be responsible for the Targets, Ads, and Destinations.  PandoraBiz.com and its affiliates or Partners may reject or remove a specific Target, Ad, or Destination at any time for any or no reason.  PandoraBiz.com and its affiliates may modify or cancel Programs at any time.  Customer acknowledges that PandoraBiz.com or its affiliates may participate in Program auctions in support of its own services and products.  Some Program features are identified as “Beta” or as otherwise unsupported or confidential (collectively, “Beta Features”). Customer may not disclose any information from Beta Features or the terms or existence of any non-public Beta Features.
  2. Customer is solely responsible for its use of the Programs (e.g., access to and use of Program accounts and safeguarding usernames and passwords) (“Use”).  Program Use is subject to applicable PandoraBiz.com policies, and all other policies made available by PandoraBiz.com to Customer, including Partner policies, and to the extent applicable, the PandoraBiz.com User Consent Policy at Terms of Service Link:  (in each case, as modified from time to time, “Policies”).  Customer also authorizes PandoraBiz.com to modify Ads as described in Policies.  In connection with the Program, PandoraBiz.com will comply with the PandoraBiz.com Privacy Policy available at Privacy Policy Link: (as modified from time to time).   To the extent Program Use is within scope, PandoraBiz.com and Customer agree, as applicable, to the (i) PandoraBiz.com Ads Controller-Controller Data Protection Terms at Terms of Service Link: or (ii) PandoraBiz.com Ads Data Processing Terms at Privacy Policy Link:  (collectively the “User Data Terms”).  PandoraBiz.com will not modify the User Data Terms, except as expressly permitted under the User Data Terms.  Customer will not, and will not authorize any third party to, (i) generate automated, fraudulent or otherwise invalid impressions, inquiries, clicks or conversions, (ii) conceal conversions for Programs where they are required to be disclosed, (iii) use any automated means or form of scraping or data extraction to access, query or otherwise collect PandoraBiz.com advertising-related information from any Property except as expressly permitted by PandoraBiz.com, or (iv) attempt to interfere with the functioning of the Programs.  Customer will direct communications regarding Ads on Partner Properties under these Terms only to PandoraBiz.com.  
  3. Ad Serving 
    (a) Customer will not provide Ads that contain or connect to malware, spyware, unwanted software or any other malicious code or knowingly breach or circumvent any Program security measure (b) if you purchased the advertising platform/tools, the payment is non-refundable from the date and time of purchase of service so any claim of dispute/charge-back/refund is not acceptable.
  4. Testing 
    Customer authorizes PandoraBiz.com and its affiliates to periodically conduct tests that may affect Customer’s Use of Programs, including Ad formatting, Targets, Destinations, quality, ranking, performance, pricing, and auction-time bid adjustments.  To ensure the timeliness and validity of test results, Customer authorizes PandoraBiz.com to conduct such tests without notice or compensation to Customer. 
  5. Ad Cancellation
    All the payments made for our services are non-refundable from the date and time of purchase and the services purchased cannot be cancelled. In some case, if you want to cancel the service, you can follow the instructions given in our Payments, Cancellations & Refund Policy section. If you claim for refund/charge-back/cancellation/dispute case, we will provide all the required supporting documents for our re-presentment but we do not accept your claim for refund/charge-back/cancellation/dispute case for any reason.
  6. Warranty, Rights, and Obligations. 
    Customer warrants that (a) Customer holds, and hereby grants PandoraBiz.com, its affiliates and Partners, the rights in Ads, Destinations, and Targets for PandoraBiz.com, its affiliates and Partners to operate the PandoraBiz.com Programs (including, in the case of feed data, after Customer ceases to use the Programs), and (b) all information and authorizations provided by Customer are complete, correct and current. Customer authorizes PandoraBiz.com and its affiliates to automate retrieval and analysis of, and create test credentials to access, Destinations for the purposes of the Programs.  By providing any mobile or other telephone number to PandoraBiz.com in connection with the Programs, Customer authorizes PandoraBiz.com, its affiliates and their agents to call and send text messages (for which standard message and data rates may apply) to the provided telephone numbers, including by an automatic telephone dialing system, for purposes of the Programs.  However,  PandoraBiz.com will not rely on this permission to initiate autodialed calls or text messages for marketing purposes.  Customer further authorizes PandoraBiz.com, its affiliates and their agents to send electronic mail to Customer for purposes of the Programs.  Customer warrants that it is authorized to act on behalf of, and has bound to these Terms, each third party, if any, for which Customer advertises in connection with these Terms (“Advertiser”) and any references to Customer in these Terms will also apply to Advertiser, as applicable.  If for any reason Customer has not bound an Advertiser to these Terms, Customer will be liable for performing any obligation Advertiser would have had under these Terms had Advertiser been bound.    If Customer is using a Program on its own behalf to advertise, for that use Customer will be deemed to be both Customer and Advertiser.  Customer will provide Advertiser with reporting data no less than on a monthly basis, that discloses absolute dollars spent on PandoraBiz.com and performance (at a minimum cost, clicks and impressions of users on the account of that Advertiser) in a reasonably prominent location.  PandoraBiz.com may, upon request of an Advertiser, share Advertiser-specific information with Advertiser.  
  7. Payment, Cancellations & Refund
    You will be paying payment to PandoraBiz.com
    All the payment currency is USD (US Dollar) by default during all the international transactions. For Domestic payment transactions made by our domestic Bhutanese client, the currency is Nu. (Ngultrum).

All the payments made for our services are non-refundable from the date and time of purchase and the services purchased cannot be cancelled. In some case, if you want to cancel the service, you have to follow the instructions given in the Payments, Cancellations & Refund Policy above. If you claim for refund/charge-back/cancellation/dispute case, we will provide all the required supporting documents for our re-presentment but we do not accept your claim for refund/charge-back/cancellation/dispute case for any reason or any code.

    TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PANDORABIZ.COM, ON BEHALF OF ITSELF AND ITS PARTNERS AND AFFILIATES, DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES, WHETHER IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING FOR NON-INFRINGEMENT, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE, AS WELL AS ANY IMPLIED TERMS ARISING OUT OF ANY COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE, WHICH ARE NOT EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THIS AGREEMENT.  TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND OTHER THAN EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THIS AGREEMENT, THE PROGRAMS AND PANDORABIZ.COM, ITS AFFILIATES’, AND PARTNER PROPERTIES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS,” AND CUSTOMER USES THEM AT ITS (AND ANY ADVERTISER’S) OWN RISK AND NONE OF PANDORABIZ.COM, ITS AFFILIATES OR ITS PARTNERS MAKE ANY GUARANTEE IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAMS OR PROGRAM RESULTS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PANDORABIZ.COM MAKES NO PROMISE TO INFORM CUSTOMER OF DEFECTS OR ERRORS.

General Use of Affiliate & Independent Business Manager Program Terms

We are a branding, promoting, advertising and business services. We do not guarantee fixed earnings for our members. Your gains from our program are solely on your own activities. By using our services you agree to not accuse us of your or someone else’s loss. You cannot insult any of our members and or program staff. Services are designed to meet everyone’s expectations but cannot guarantee that.

You as a member cannot harm program in any way that includes, but not limited to spreading propaganda against any of our services or staff members, or trying to damage our source code in any way. Disobeying any of these or following services may lead to prosecution.

  1. You As a Member (Affiliate Marketer and Independent Business Manager) Agree

You can only have multiple account if you want to but during the registration everything required details along with supporting documents are verified to check whether you are a legit person or not. If PandoraBiz.com finds you not legit or fraud, all the account is deleted and blacklisted but if found suspicious, for further verification PandoraBiz.com might ask other supporting documents which is kept confidential.
For Affiliate Marketer- PandoraBiz.com is a platform where you can securely generate passive income for yourself working from home, while travelling, while eating, while playing games, while doing anything.

For Independent Business Manager- PandoraBiz.com is a platform for those who are marketing experts or for marketing agencies that market their client’s business and generate direct sales.
We will not modify user account information based on user request. For security reasons, only the users can modify the data in their own accounts, directly in their personal settings page. Accounts are not transferable. You have a duty to keep your password secure. We shall not be made liable for any improper access to your account because of incorrect password management. Any attempt to misuse of services intensively will lead to the permanent suspension of your account.

Note: As Independent Business Manager, you can only use your own payment mode or method (Your credit/debit cards or your bank account, bank account name) which solely belongs to you to buy or pay or purchase our paid plans and services on behalf of your clients (Business Owners) and manage their businesses in PandoraBiz.com.

Note: As Independent Business Manager, after purchase of any paid plans and services as instructed above, PandoraBiz.com will send you an auto-invoice or an email is sent manually with a document which is Payment Authorization Letter in your registered email (With PandoraBiz.com). You have to download it and sign it physically (digital signature is not acceptable) and email us back at [email protected] within 72 Hours and if you fail to do as instructed here then your paid plans or purchase of services will be suspended or deactivated or deleted or removed or blocked and payment will be refunded with correct  amount in next 72 Hours. We will notify you in your registered email if such event occurs or arises.

  1. You As a Advertiser (Business Owners, Affiliate Marketer and Independent Business Manager) Agree To Follow Our Rules

We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code, redirect to another page, have adult or illegal content, contain any kind of multi-level offers, contain referral sales. Your advertised website must be capable of supporting multiple visits per second. We reserve the right to deny any advertisement that we do not see fit to be displayed.

For Affiliate Marketer and Independent Business Manager- Your account will be deactivated or deleted if you are not active for 3 months straight without any notification.

For Client (Business Owners)- You have the partially control over your account so you can temporary deactivate or delete your account permanently yourself or requesting us by sending an email at [email protected]  

  1. Payments

You will be paying payment to PandoraBiz.com
We accept local and international payments. Please note: All purchases are non refundable, you are not allowed to ask us to issue a refund of those funds back.
For Affiliate Marketer- For Registration as Affiliate Marketer, PandoraBiz.com does not charge anything because it’s FREE to join. You can earn 20% of each Paid sales made by your referred clients as referral commission.

For Independent Business Manager- For Registration as Independent Business Manager, PandoraBiz.com does charge anything and its FREE to join for using our service and earning income. You can earn 20% of each business registration made by you as referral commission and also you can charge any desired fees/commission to your own clients for managing your client’s business and generating direct sales on behalf of them using PandoraBiz.com.

For Both Affiliate Marketer and Independent Business Manager- Minimum payout request can be made once you earn minimum of $100 USD as referral commission and once payout request is made, PandoraBiz.com verifies within 24 hours and process for payout next day directly into your given bank account details. To deposit your payout directly in to your given bank account details depends upon your country and bank so you might receive payment anytime between couple of minutes to 10 days (excluding Saturday and Sunday and holidays). If you did not receive payment in mentioned duration then reach us directly through our contact us page to resolve the issue. If your referral commission is less than $100 USD then you cannot request for payout or cash out your payment.

Note: If your referred customer/client registered with PandoraBiz.com today for free Plan account and profile but only purchased our paid plan after 1 month or whenever then you will still get 20% referral commission once that purchase is done by that referred client of yours.

Note: PandoraBiz.com only accepts your own bank account details for your own safety transactions so please provide us your own bank account details. If you provide someone else’s bank account details then we won’t deposit your commission in it for your own safety because we care and we want you to get paid for your hard work with us. We will ask your bank account details over your registered email address with us so you will receive our email from [email protected] or we will only call just to follow up from our number +975-17329316. You can also upload/submit your bank account details from your account dashboard, we have made option for you. Make sure you provide every bank details to us. We never ask any kind of bank account details or credit card or debit card details over call. We only use the call to follow ups.

  1. Program Liability

We will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to Our Program and therefore beyond our control. We reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice. We will not be held responsible for any of its users, advertisers or advertisements. This also includes every supplier we depend on.

General Use of Influencer Marketer Program Terms (Only Applicable To Our Registered Influencer Marketer)

  1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

You are not allowed to copy any business module, content, brand and design because everything belongs to PandoraBiz.com. Client’s product and services are the intellectual property of the respective clients not yours.

  1. Mode of Operation

You have to work and deliver according to what you have mentioned in our Influencer Marketer Online Registration Form and we will also give you the task and work order with target. You have to always give credit to PandoraBiz.com during marketing of products or services.

  1. Payment

You will get paid what you asked for or charge for directly in to your bank account (other’s bank account is not accepted) in monthly from the date and time of work order given to you by us.

  1. Proof Of Work/Report

You have to provide every hour report with proofs of delivery of work. If we find anything suspicious then we will ask for more proof for verification and if we find you cheating then you will not get paid and permanently get banned from PandoraBiz.com without any notification.

  1. Limitation

You can register as Affiliate Marketer or Independent Business Manager if you want to but every payment structure are different for each role. You cannot outsource any work order given to you without giving us the notification over email and permission/approval given by us to outsource to you

  1. Update Of Terms

Anytime we can update the program terms without notifying you but we will notify you in instant in email or push notification method once we update the program terms.

About these Terms

We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. We’ll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. We’ll post notice of modified additional terms in the applicable Service. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than fourteen days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Service, you should discontinue your use of that Service.

If there is a conflict between these terms and the additional terms, the additional terms will control for that conflict.

If you do not comply with these terms, and we don’t take action right away, this doesn’t mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future).

If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.

The courts in some countries will not apply Bhutan law to some types of disputes. If you reside in one of those countries, then where Bhutan law is excluded from applying, your country’s laws will apply to such disputes related to these terms. Otherwise, you agree that the laws of Bhutan, excluding Bhutan’s choice of law rules, will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services. Similarly, if the courts in your country will not permit you to consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Thimphu 11001, Bhutan, then your local jurisdiction and venue will apply to such disputes related to these terms. Otherwise, all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the services will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts of Thimphu 11001, Bhutan, and you and PandoraBiz.com consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
